| When will the photos be posted? |
Photos are typically posted within 3 business days from the event. |
| What if I can't find my photos? |
Go to simphotos.com/events and find your event. Click on the logo and choose lost and found / unidentifiable to search for missing images. If you find your images there, just email us your Name , Event, Bib number and the image ID to techsupport@simphotos.com and we will add them to your bib number. |
| What size will the full size digital images be? |
The digital images are usually between 1.5Mb and 3 Mbs. This will give you a nice sharp 8x12 print and larger in some instances. |
| My Race Mat has not arrived yet. |
Mats typically take slightly longer to leave the lab, but rest assured they will arrive soon. If you think a reasonable timeframe has been exceeded, simply email us at Sales@Simphotos.com with your order number and we will take a look. |
| How can I make sure you guys catch a photo of me? |
To ensure a great photo, run on the outside of the pack or in a gap by yourself. Don't wear all black or white since the cameras try to over or under expose. Most importantly, make sure your bib number is in the FRONT and clearly VISIBLE! It also never hurts to HAM IT UP with a wave, giant smile, jump or super cool gesture!!!!! |
| I want to get a photo with my BFF. |
Our cameras focus in the CENTER of the frame. So make sure there is very little space between you and your BFF. Wave to get our attention and show us those awesome smiles! We'll do the rest. |
| You guys were GREAT! How can I get you at my race? |
Awww, that's so sweet. Email Sales@SimPhotos.com with your race details and we will contact you and hash out the details. |
| How long will it take to get my Digital Images? |
The "ALL DIGITAL" option you will receive an email from "Hightail" with the imgaes within 48 hours. If you choose to have the 3 digital images or less, they will be links embedded in the email receipt you receive. |
| How long before I receive my prints? |
Our lab takes about 5 days to print and mail depending on how busy production is at the time of the order. |
